Honey Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in and skin on
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
parsley, chopped, optional, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish, skin side up.
Combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder until well-mixed, and pour the sauce over the chicken.
Bake the chicken until browned, tender, and cooked through, basting every 15 minutes with the pan drippings, about 75 minutes.
Serve hot!
