Spicy Garlic Beef Noodles
Ingredients
8 ounces noodles dried ramen or Hokkien noodles
1 pound ground beef
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 tablespoon oil divided
5 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
5 red chili peppers sliced
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
2 pieces green onion chopped, for garnish
Directions
Boil the noodles according to packaging directions. Drain and toss with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Sear the beef until it is nicely browned, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and chile pepper. Sear for 1 minute on medium heat.
Add the noodles and soy sauce. Toss to combine. Stir fry noodles for 1 minute.
Remove, garnish with sesame seeds and green onion and serve.
