Buttered Parsley Noodles
Ingredients
4 oz. dry egg noodles
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Drain noodles.
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Add noodles and parsley; toss until mixture is well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
