Creamy Hamburger Macaroni
Ingredients
1 lb macaroni noodles
1 lb hamburger
1 can beef broth + ½ cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Cook hamburger in a large frying pan. Drain.
Return hamburger to pan and beef broth and water.
Cook on medium/high heat until starts to boil then add noodles.
Reduce heat to medium and cover, stirring occasionally.
When noodles are done (all liquid has been absorbed), stir in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
Cook on low for 5 minutes.
**Please note–if you want to cook the noodles in a separate pot while the hamburger is cooking, you certainly can. Just simply add the cooked noodles to the cooked hamburger, omit the water, reduce the broth to 1 cup.
