Ranch Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1 ½ cup cooked rice
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag of frozen broccoli, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 9×13 pan and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients except for at least 1/2 cup of cheese.
Add to the greased 9×13 pan and top with the rest of the cheese.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese on top is melted.
