Hot Bacon and Pimento Cheese Dip
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
8 slices chopped cooked bacon
4 oz jar pimentos, drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 8 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream shredded cheddar, cooked bacon and drained pimentos. Stir until combined. Pour cheese mixture into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
