Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces champagne
lemon twist garnish, optional
Directions
In a cocktail shaker with ice, pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake until cold, about 15 seconds.
Strain the liquid into a champagne flute.
Top the drink with champagne.
Serve with a lemon twist.
