Mango Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
2 mangos diced (still firm)
1/2 red onions jalapeño diced
1/2 red bell peppers diced
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro
1 Lime – juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
