Mom’s Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

1 C light corn syrup
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C milk
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tsp vanilla

Directions

Combine all in a medium sauce pan.

Cook over medium heat until it reaches a full rolling boil.

Continue cooking for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Cool, and spoon on Mom’s Rolled Oat Cake, ice cream, etc,
