Lisa’s Alabama Remoulade Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Creole, whole-grain, or Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (sweet, smoked, or combination of both)
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Louisiana style hot sauce or cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill at least 2 hours before using. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
