Oreo Poke Cake
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix, or whatever kind you prefer
1 cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 pkgs (3.9 oz) instant Oreo pudding mix If pkg is 4.2 oz add an extra ¼ cup of milk
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg (8 oz) whipped topping
12 Oreo cookies, crushed

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with a light coating of cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool, then using the handle of a wooden spoon poke holes over each inch of the cake. Set aside.
Refrigerate for one hour.
In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour pudding over cake and spread evenly.
Until as smooth as possible.
Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer.
Place cookies in a resealable bag and tap with mallet until pieces are the size you desire. Top cake with crushed Oreo’s.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
