Quick Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
1 1/3 cups peanut butter
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
Directions
Line an 8-inch square pan with foil.
Grease the foil with the butter.
In a heavy saucepan on the stove-top over medium heat, combine the sugar and milk, stirring constantly.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, continuing to stir constantly.
Stir in the peanut butter and marshmallow cream until blended.
Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading to ensure an even layer.
Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate until firm.
Use the foil to lift the fudge out of the pan, then cut into squares.
