Voncile’s Candied Pecans
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 cups pecan halves
Directions
Boil sugar and wine to 240
Add cinnamon, and remove from heat.
Stir in pecans, and stir until cloudy.
Spread on wax paper until cool. Store in airtight container.
