Ambrosia Salad 2
Ingredients
8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup sweetened coconut, shredded
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 cup pecans, chopped, optional
1 1/2 cups mini fruit-flavored marshmallows
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping and yogurt until thoroughly combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
Delicately fold in the coconut, oranges, pineapple, cherries, pecans, and marshmallows.
Chill until it’s time to serve.
