Grandma Honey’s Cranberry and Pecan Salad
Ingredients
2 cups ground raw cranberries
2 cups sugar
2 small packages lemon jello
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped pecans
1 ground orange rind
Directions
Make jello according to package directions. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Let cool.
Combine ground cranberries, celery, pecans, and orange rind. Add to jello mixture.
Pour into jello mold and place in refrigerator until set.
