Garlic Chili Oil Noodles
Ingredients
1 pound noodles dried
½ cup chili oil
8 pieces garlic cloves minced
4 pieces green onions white and pale green parts finely chopped
1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil toasted
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 pieces green onions white and pale green parts thinly sliced, for garnish
Directions
Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and return to the pot you cooked them in.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, gently heat the chili oil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and green onions and let cook for a minute or 2.
Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the minced green onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and toss until the noodles are completely coated.
Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.
