Ginger Soy Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup of good quality Japanese Mayonnaise or a regular mayonnaise like Helmans
3 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Hot Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 Tsp fresh minced garlic
1 1/2 Tsp fresh minced ginger
1 Tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients well with wire whisk in a small bowl.
Serve with your favorite seafood, pork, chicken or on a salad.
Refrigerate unused portion.
