Baked Chicken Curry

Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skin on, bone-in
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons curry powder

Directions

Make curry sauce: combine the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and curry powder until well mixed.

Place chicken, skin-side down, in greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Brush chicken with some of the sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees F degrees for 30 minutes, basting once. Turn chicken, bake 30 minutes, basting with additional sauce every 10 minutes until chicken is tender.
