Irish Coffee

Ingredients

1 cup coffee (freshly-brewed hot)
1.5 oz. Irish whiskey
3 tsp. turbinado sugar (or brown sugar)
whipped cream
ground nutmeg (Optional toppings: freshly-, or chocolate shavings)

Directions

Combine coffee, whiskey and sugar in a heat-proof mug, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Top the drink with your desired amount of whipped cream and optional toppings (if desired). Serve immediately.
