Creamy Chicken Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Directions

Start by making the creamy cheese sauce. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in half of the cheddar cheese.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the freshly prepared creamy cheese sauce until all the chicken is well-coated and deliciously creamy.

Take a tortilla and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to keep the filling secure. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the wraps seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour any leftover cheese sauce over the wraps and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and heated through.

Once baked, let the wraps cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro for an extra pop of flavor. Serve warm and enjoy!
