Bagged Tacos
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 (1-ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
6 (1-ounce) packages corn chips, of your choice
lettuce, optional, for topping
Mexican cheese, shredded, optional, for topping
sour cream, optional, for topping
guacamole, optional, for topping
cherry tomatoes, optional, for topping
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef until it is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
Drain the fat from the skillet.
Add the water and taco seasoning to the skillet with the cooked beef.
Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Open the chip bags.
Pour equal portions of the beef mixture into the bags.
Serve with your choice of taco toppings.
