Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

1 uncooked pie crust (store-bought or prepared)
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
5 slices raw bacon, chopped
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and bacon until no pink is left.

Drain grease well. Remove from stove-top and add bread crumbs, mustard, barbecue, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Place this mixture in a prepared pie crust.

Combine cheese, milk, and egg in a small bowl. Spread this mixture over the meat mixture.

Cover the pie crust edges with foil to prevent over-browning. Bake for 15 minutes before removing the foil. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Allow to cool before cutting and serving!
