Hamburgers In Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients
1 pound ground chuck, 80/20
1 tsp season salt, or to taste
1 tsp black pepper, or to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 beef bullion cube
Directions
Divide the meat into 4 equal portions. Pat into burger shape.
Heat a 10 inch skillet on medium heat. Add patties to skillet and season the top with half of the salt & pepper. When browned, flip the burgers.
Season with the other half of season salt & pepper. Cook until browned on second side.
Remove from pan and discard grease.
Add the can of mushroom soup, and 1/2 can of water using soup can to measure the water. Add bouillon cube Stir to combine.
Add back in burgers, and coat with gravy.
Put lid on pan, turn heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes, or until burgers are cooked through.
Serve over buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or white rice.
