Easy Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups elbow or bows pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion finely chopped
2 cups mushrooms sliced
2 garlic cloves minced
2 cups condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ⅓ cups milk
½ teaspoon oregano
1 ½ cups Swiss cheese shredded
3 cups cooked turkey shredded or diced
Fresh basil to serve

Toppings:
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup butter melted

Directions

Make the pasta according to package directions but remove from the water 2-3 minutes before al dente.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350°F). In a skillet, melt the butter at medium and add the onions, mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 7 minutes, or until the veggies start to get tender.

In a big bowl, combine the veggies, chicken soup, milk, dried oregano, Swiss cheese and turkey. Season with salt and pepper.

2 cups condensed cream of chicken soup,1 ⅓ cups milk,½ teaspoon oregano,1 ½ cups Swiss cheese,3 cups cooked turkey
Mix all the topping ingredients.

Grease a baking dish and transfer the mixture. Cover with the topping and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with fresh basil.
