Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoons white pepper
1 3-inch knob ginger, julienned
1 medium red onion (or 3 shallots), sliced
3 stalks green onions, chopped, whites and greens separated
Directions
Cut the boneless skinless chicken thighs into small pieces (about 6-8 pieces per thigh).
Place the chicken a large bowl and add the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper.
Mix so that the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce. Set aside and marinate for 15 minutes.
Add oil to a large pan over medium-high heat. Then add the ginger, red onion (or shallots), and white part of the sliced green onions. Saute for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
Add the chicken and stir fry for another few minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through.
Mix in the green part of the green scallions. Stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
