Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon rosemary chopped
1 lemon zested and juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion sliced (optional)
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon honey optional

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Allow pork chops to rest at room temperature.

Season: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, and juice. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper then marinate them in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.

Sear: In a hot, oven-proof pan, sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Bake: Transfer the pan to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest & Serve: Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes. Serve with desired sides and enjoy!
