Creamy Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops (1-inch thick and 6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 tablespoon lemon juice
fresh herbs, as desired
Directions
To begin, in a large skillet, cook the pork chops for 8-10 minutes in oil over medium heat on each side, or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Remove and keep warm.
Add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, broth, vinaigrette, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir and cook until well blended.
Return the pork chops to the pan and heat fully through. Sprinkle with desired herbs.
