Easy Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
8 ounces egg noodles
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of mushroom
½ cup sour cream
½ tablespoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded
1 12-ounce can white albacore tuna in water drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup potato chips crush, plain ruffled chips
parsley optional for garnish with
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375º Fahrenheit.
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, al dente. Drain and set them aside.
Whisk the cream of celery, cream of mushroom, sour cream, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Add the cheese, drained tuna, and peas, and then stir to combine.
Spread the tuna mixture into the bottom of a 9×13” baking dish and top with crushed potato chips.
Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes at 375º Fahrenheit. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley.
