Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup red onion minced
1 tablespoons lemon juice plus zest of the lemon
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces tiny shrimp 2 cans, drained or cooked fresh shrimp diced small
Directions
Add all ingredients except for the tiny shrimp to a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer and beat on low speed until well combined.
Use a large spoon or spatula to carefully fold the drained tiny shrimp into the creamy dip. If desired garnish with fresh parsley, chives, or scallions. Serve and enjoy.
