Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

9 tbs strawberry jam
4 1/2 tbs white wine vinegar (or 4 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
Less than 1/8 tsp salt (or just a pinch)

Directions

In a bowl, jar, or a glass measuring cup, add all the above ingredients; mix by stirring with a spoon.
