Creamy Garlic Butter Noodles
Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti noodles (or noodles of choice)
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bunch parsley, chopped
Directions
Boil the noodles in a large pot of boiling water until pasta is al dente. Drain but reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Cube the butter.
In a large bowl, add the cooked noodles, cubed butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water. Toss to combine and allow the heat from the noodles to melt butter.
Add the parsley.
Toss to combine, serve in bowls, and enjoy!
