Mom’s Homemade Noodles
Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Roll out on a floured surface. How this or thin you roll the dough will determine the thickness of the cooked noodle.
Let sit at least 20 minutes.
Slice to desired width and length. Spread out and let dry 2 hours.
Drop into boiling liquid, and cook for 10 minutes uncovered.
