Easy Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

2 pounds russet potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley

Directions

Set your oven to 400 degrees F (or 204 degrees C), and cover a baking tray with some foil or parchment paper.

Firstly, peel and then cube the potatoes. Move them to a medium sized mixing bowl and then toss it with some olive oil and your seasonings.

Then, put the potatoes onto your sheet, spreading them out evenly. Make sure the potatoes are not on top of each other, that way they will crisp up nicely. Next, bake the dish into the oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Finally, move the potatoes out from the oven, and then toss them with a spatula, and then place them back into the oven to broil for another 4 to 5 minutes. Make sure to watch the potatoes carefully to make sure that they do not burn. Garnish with some fresh minced parsley and serve warm.
