Grandma Honey’s Peg Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 can Cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Grated cheese
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 Stick melted butter
1 Roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a buttered casserole dish add drained corn and green beans. Stir to mix.
Mix together celery soup, sour cream, cheese, and onion. Pour over corn and beans.
Combine crackers and butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake for 35 minutes.
