Roasted Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, cleaned and cut in half
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste

Directions

Set your oven to 450 degrees F.

Line a large baking sheet with either parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a large mixing bowl, toss together the baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Then, transfer the potatoes to the baking sheet.

Bake the potatoes until they are crispy on the outside and fork-tender, about 20 minutes.

Serve hot.
