Mom’s Baked Beans
Ingredients
3 (15 ounce) cans Pork ‘n Beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 – 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 Tablespoons mustard
6 slices of bacon, partially cooked and crumbled (OR 1/2 cup real bacon pieces)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes with lid on.
If using slices of raw bacon on top, bake an additional 15 with lid off.
* Optionally you can mix all ingredients together in your crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.
